The Bible tells us everything we need to know. It seems to be a living document these days! It is coming to life! For those of us who are believers in Christ we are exactly where we need to be. The events in Israel are happening on God’s calendar. We don’t know when Jesus will return or rapture his church, but there are signs we are moving closer to these events. The rapture is not linked to certain events that have to happen first. Some Bible scholars think it could occur by the Jewish holiday of Pentacost but even they don’t know. Quite a few Bible scholars mention 2024 as the year it will happen but only Jesus knows.

Read and listen to the news with spiritual ears and eyes. Millions of people all over this planet are discovering Jesus. Even the Jewish people are embracing Jesus as the Holy Spirit brings them closer to him. If you can see the current events through a Biblical world view you can feel a sense of peace and control of your current life. Don’t focus on the bad stuff—- look forward to the good times ahead. In Matthew 24:3 he says, “ no man will know the time.”

Believers in Christ will go home in the Rapture. We will be re-united with members of our families who were also believers in Christ. The early church Fathers said the Rapture happens before the Tribulation. We ( Believers) will be in heaven for 7 years during the time of the Tribulation on earth. At the end of that 7 year time frame we will return with Jesus to earth for 1000 years—- often referred to as the Millennial Kingdom. If we have family members who have died and were Christians, we will be re-united with them. In Thessalonians- 1 4:13 it says , “ Brothers and sisters we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you don”t grieve, like the rest of man kind who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. “

We know the power of God. His hand is on Israel. It is amazing that 99% of the rockets fired by Iran towards Israel fell short of the target. That is divine intervention and many preachers agree with me.

We are in a spiritual battle. Satan does not want to see Jesus return, however, we already know the end of the story. Believers will leave for 7 years and when we return there will be 1000 years of peace.

The Apostle John said in Revelation 10 : 28-30

“ and I give unto thee eternal life; and they shall never perish; neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father which gave them to me, is greater than all, and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one.” John 3:16

The Bible gives us hope through God’s word.

So we all have to continue our lives—- lead as many to Jesus as you can. If you know Jesus you have nothing to worry about. God knows what we have done for him. Act as if the Lord is ready to come and always ask—- what is the truth? Many Blessings to all of you! Jane
